authorized capital rising up to 6.000.000.000 ITL. |

Since February 12th, thanks
to law Art.17 D.L. 67/97 and L.135/97, the company
has the authorization to receive airport fees and
the obligation to support urgent maintenance activity,
ordinary and extra-ordinary airport infrastructure
management. |
| 2000 |
After a written request
presented on 30/07/1999, in accordance to D.M. 85/99
del 29/1/99, Sogeaal got assurance for airport security
services (passengers and baggage control).
After achievement of a CIPE financial support, Sogeaal
invests a 45 ml budget for the new air terminal, with
a modern project divided in two steps: the first one
linked to the realization of a new air terminal building,
the second one linked to requalification of the old
building. |

Achievement in December
of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certification for passengers,
baggages, security and aircrafts ground services. |

Since February hold baggage
control service started up.
Decision on May for the authorized capital rising
up to Euros 7.754.000.

for Airport Certification required by "ENAC policy
