6. RIGHT OF DATA SUBJECT
In accordance with Regulation the subject has the right to access their data, in particular to be aware of any deleted content, general content, origin, geographic location and can obtain a hard copy at anytime.
The subject has the right to verify the accuracy, to request data completed, updated, corrected, removed, anonymously processed; to request for restriction or blocking of data processed in violation of legislation, as well as objecting to the processing.
The subject can also request for data portability and lodge a complaint to the Supervisory Authority.
7. PROCEDURE FOR EXCERCISE OF RIGHTS

The subject will normally receive an answer within 30 days, in the case of particularly complex issues, answers can be extended up to three months. In this case the Controller will provide within 30 days an interim reply to the subject.
The Controller reserves the right to ask for monetary contribution in the case of manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive requests, also considering reports made by the Privacy Guarantor Authority.
